1x777 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
Keep entertainment as entertainment. 1x777 gives you all the tools to set limits, take breaks, and play safely.
What responsible gaming is and why it matters
Online gaming and betting is fundamentally a form of entertainment. 1x777 believes it can be an enjoyable experience when played within the right limits. But when play goes out of control, it can have serious effects on your personal, family, and financial life.
Responsible gaming means keeping to your budget, not chasing losses in an attempt to recover money, and not making gaming the centre of your life. At 1x777, we provide a range of tools and resources to help you achieve this.
Gaming should always be an optional form of entertainment — not a source of income. If you are under financial pressure or feel the urge to play out of emotion, please take a break and contact our support team.
Core principles of responsible gaming
- Set your budget in advance and stop when you reach the limit
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not a way to earn money
- Do not play more in an attempt to recover money you have lost
- Do not play when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or emotional stress
- Keep track of how long you are playing each day
- Spend time with family and friends — away from gaming too
Our Protection Tools
At 1x777, we have a number of effective tools in place for player safety. Using them, you can keep your gaming experience fully under your own control.
Set a deposit limit
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period — which protects you from impulsive decisions.
Loss limit
Decide in advance how much you can lose before a session stops automatically. When you reach this limit, the platform will notify you and betting will be paused. This is very effective for keeping financial losses within a safe level.
Session time limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the time is up, a reminder message will appear. An automatic logout option is also available — so you can avoid spending too much time playing.
Time-out / Break
If you need a temporary break, deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, no betting or login will be possible. Once the break is over, the account will be reactivated normally.
Self-exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team for a long-term self-exclusion. The request will take effect immediately and cannot be cancelled before the specified period ends.
Age verification (21+)
To open an account on 1x777, you must be at least 21 years old. Submitting proof of age documents at the time of registration is mandatory. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately.
Recognise the signs of problem gaming
People often do not realise that their gaming habits have become problematic. You should be alert if you notice the following signs:
- The amount you play and the time you spend are continually increasing and becoming difficult to control
- You feel compelled to play again to recover money you have lost (chasing losses)
- Gaming feels more important to you than family, friends, or work
- You are taking on debt or spending your savings because of gaming
- When you are not playing, you feel restless, irritable, or anxious
- You are hiding how much you play from people close to you
- Gaming is disrupting your sleep, eating, or daily activities
If you notice any of the signs above in yourself, contact the 1x777 support team right away. Our 24/7 live chat and email support are always there for you. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of good judgement.

How to keep yourself protected
Set a budget
Before you play, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Only deposit an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
Set a time limit
Set an alarm or timer. Do not play beyond the time you have set. The session time limit feature on 1x777 will help with this.
Activate a deposit limit
Log in to your account and set a deposit limit. It works automatically — you will not be able to deposit more than the limit.
Take breaks
Playing for long stretches in a row reduces focus and increases the tendency to make poor decisions. Use the time-out feature to take regular breaks.
Do a reality check
Ask yourself from time to time — am I playing for fun, or because I feel I have to? If the answer feels like the latter, take a break.
Do not hesitate to seek support
If you feel gaming is no longer in your control, contact 1x777 via live chat or email straight away. Our support team is always ready.
Protecting minors
1x777 is strictly limited to people aged 21 and over only. We have taken a number of steps to prevent minors from accessing the gaming platform.
If there are minors in your household, use parental control software on your computer or phone. Never share your 1x777 account password with children. Always log out after playing.
If you suspect that a minor has used your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and take the necessary action.
A national ID card or other age-verification document must be submitted at the time of registration. Withdrawals will not be processed until age verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.
